E.D. Systems Store Return Policy

At E.D. Systems Store, we stand by the quality of our equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Process:

1. Items purchased through  E.D. Systems Online Store may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned equipment, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions: Items that are damaged, used, may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee. For any further queries or clarifications, please contact our Customer Service team.
